Dog portrait in uniform – your dog as a general or admiral

Some dogs are kings – others are born commanders. In our uniform portraits your dog wears epaulettes, medals and gold braid, or stands on deck as an admiral with a tall ship behind.

Two uniforms to choose from

• The General – dark navy 19th-century military jacket with gold epaulettes, gold braid, medals and a red sash, on a burgundy velvet cushion.
• The Admiral – 18th-century naval coat with white facings and gold buttons, a black bicorne hat, a telescope and a stormy sea with a tall ship in the background.

From photo to portrait

A gift with a sense of humour

A dog in a general's uniform makes everyone smile – in the hallway, in the office or above the sofa. It is a popular gift for birthdays, for Christmas and for anyone who calls their dog "the boss".

Frequently asked questions

Does the uniform work for cats too?

Yes – cats look just as dignified as a general or admiral.

Will my dog still look like my dog?

Yes. We keep the eyes, ears, markings and coat exactly as they are in your photo and do not beautify anything. Before printing, we compare the portrait with your photo.
