Dog portrait from your photo – painted in the style of the old masters

The first picture above is an ordinary phone photo of Portoriko, our Pomeranian – everyone calls him Medo. The portraits next to it were all made from that one photo. Your dog's portrait is made the same way: from a photo you already have on your phone.

What makes a good photo?

• Sharp: the eyes and nose should be in focus.
• Daylight: by a window or outdoors, without flash.
• Eye level: get down to your dog's height rather than photographing from above.
• Close enough: the face should fill a good part of the picture.

From photo to portrait in three steps

Choose a costume – king, queen, general, admiral or one of four Christmas costumes. Upload the photo. After about 20 seconds you see a free preview. If you like it, order it as a poster, canvas or digital file; you receive exactly the portrait you saw.

True to the original

We do not paint a generic dog of the same breed, but your dog: the same eye colour and eye shape, ears, nose, markings and coat. Nothing is beautified. Before printing, we compare the finished portrait with your photo.
