What kind of photo works best?
A sharp photo taken at your pet's eye level in daylight, with the face clearly visible. Phone photos are fine.
What if I don't like the preview?
Tell us what to change and we will make a new version. We only print once you approve.
Is the portrait made with AI?
Yes. We create the portrait from your photo with AI image tools, and we check every portrait by hand before you see it.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your portrait and delete it after your order is complete.
Can I return a portrait?
Each portrait is made to your specification, so change-of-mind returns are not possible. If your print arrives damaged or faulty, we replace it free of charge.
How long does it take?
You receive your preview within 24 hours. After you approve it, we print your portrait and send it with tracking.
