Questions
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp photo taken at your pet's eye level in daylight, with the face clearly visible. Phone photos are fine.
What if I don't like the preview?
Tell us what to change and we make a new version free of charge, up to 2 times. If we still cannot create a portrait you are happy with, we refund the full price. Nothing is printed until you approve.
Is the portrait made with AI?
Yes. The free preview on our website is created instantly by AI. After you order, we check your final portrait by hand before we send it to you for approval.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your portrait. Photos uploaded for a free preview are not kept after the preview is created, and previews are deleted after 7 days. Photos from orders are deleted no later than 90 days after delivery. Details are in our privacy policy.
Can I return a portrait?
Once you have approved it, a personalised portrait cannot be returned for change of mind. Before that, if we cannot create a portrait you are happy with, you get a full refund. Damaged or faulty prints are replaced free of charge.
How long does it take?
You see a free AI preview instantly. After you order, we check your portrait by hand and email it to you within 24 hours for approval. Prints are then made and shipped with tracking: usually 5–12 business days after your approval to Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands and Belgium, and up to 19 business days to other EU countries. Digital files arrive by email right after your approval.
